Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Courti is in private beta. These terms describe the service as it stands today and will be reviewed before general availability.
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Courti (“Courti”, “we”, “us”). By using the service — as an organiser in the portal, or as a player replying to a Courti message — you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.
What Courti does
Courti is an AI concierge that helps an organiser arrange racket-sport games. It sends invitations, interprets replies, allocates spots, keeps a waitlist and reports the outcome. Courti does not book courts, take payments, or organise anything of its own initiative — it acts on an organiser’s instructions.
Beta status
The service is provided for evaluation. Features may change or disappear, messages may be delayed or missed, and we may suspend or reset the service. Do not rely on Courti as your only record of a game.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. Organiser accounts are issued by invitation. Keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Organiser responsibilities
As an organiser you agree that:
- you add a person’s mobile number to your roster only when they have agreed to be contacted about games;
- you will remove anyone who asks to stop being contacted, and pass on any privacy request they make to you;
- the details you record about a player are accurate and kept for organising games, not for any other purpose;
- you will not use Courti to send marketing, bulk or unsolicited messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to harass, deceive or endanger anyone;
- attempt to access another organiser’s roster, games or messages, or probe or disrupt the service;
- reverse engineer, resell or build a competing product from the service;
- submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
Messaging
Courti communicates over WhatsApp, and your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta’s own terms. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp and on mobile networks, so we cannot guarantee that a message arrives or arrives on time. Standard carrier charges may apply. Anyone can stop messages by replying STOP.
AI-generated content
Courti uses a large language model to read replies and compose messages. It can misread a message or get something wrong. Check anything that matters before acting on it. Spot allocation, capacity and the waitlist are handled by deterministic rules rather than by the model.
Your content
You keep ownership of the rosters, notes and messages you provide. You grant us the licence needed to host and process them in order to run the service.
Availability and support
There is no uptime commitment during the beta. Support is offered on a best-effort basis through the contact form.
Fees
The beta is free. If we introduce charges, we will tell organisers in advance and no charge will apply without agreement.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Courti at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if the service is misused, or if we discontinue the beta. Historical records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for a game that fails to fill, a court left unbooked, a message that does not arrive, or any arrangement made between participants.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, revenue or opportunity. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the beta is zero. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it; material changes will be announced to organisers by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of business, and disputes will be heard by the courts there. The specific jurisdiction will be named here before the service leaves beta. Consumer rights that apply where you live are unaffected.
